Is it normal for a guy to call you 50+ times in a row?

You really need to talk to him. That behavior isn't normal. How old is he? Does he do other things that are "off"? And when you talk to him about this -if his reaction is over the top then you'll know if you need to walk away from the situation. Calling a few times is normal, but dozens is stalking territory. Be careful-seriously.

A lot of guys do that. He misses you and wants to talk. Maybe pick up your damn phone, even if it's to be "hey I'm busy right now"

Maybe because you've never said anything about it, he thinks it's being cute or funny. Try talking to him about it. Be reational and don't jump to conclusions. If it stops, great. If not, you might want to consider ending it.

50+-60+ calls a day isn't normal. Very far from it. I would be extremely creeped out.

This kind of behaviour is indicative of a personality disorder, and while deserving of compassion, would be an awful lot to deal with in the confines of a relationship. Look up Borderline Personality disorder or other attachment type disorders for more info.

50 times is way to much, this guy is without a doubt a lonely psycho. He literally sat there and kept calling your phone for 40 or so minutes..... He has no life, LEAVE WHILE YOU CAN!

Tell him to knock if off. If he gets upset you'll know you need to distance yourself from him. If he stops then hes probablly just stupid and doesnt know any better about calling multiple times. Personally if someone calls me even once directly after they just called I go psycho on them. I think I hate repeated callers more than anything. I will fuck you up if you call my phone.

I dated an Italian guy I literally mean date going out getting to know each other non sexual relationship he was hot had a sexy Italian accent he called bella I really thought he was normal shortly after I noticed that whenever he calls and I don't answer the phone he goes crazy he'll call me repeatedly until I answer the closer we got the more he'd increase the calls it went from 20 times then 30 then 50 times when I eventually get a chance to answer he acted completely normal like he saw nothing wrong with calling me that many times repeatedly so I confronted him about it and he flat out told me he was jealous and that whenever I don't answer my phone he imagines that I'm having sex and it makes him crazy he said jokingly "I think I would have to kill you if you cheated on me" I was shocked and scared by what he told me I wasn't even officially his girlfriend and he was that possessive I changed my number so he wouldn't contact me he then came to my school places he knows I hang out he stalked me everywhere I went I was so scared I got a restraining order against him and he's never bothered me since not saying that would happen to you just saying your boyfriends behavior started like that

Wow i went through the same thing. I was with a boy- also in a long distance relationship and he would call me like 50 times in a row, if i didnt pick up he would text me and he even went as far as calling my sister to ask where i was. He was very needy, he wanted to be on the phone with me like 24/7. It's extremely annoying i get that he wanted 2 talk but i had things to do and i need some time to myself too. Anyway because of this i broke up with him like early in the year, this lasted almost 2 yrs and i just couldnt stand him anymore. My advice is to talk about it with him and if he doesnt get it, than he's most likely needy and personally needy guys can get pretty annoying, very quickly
