Is it normal for a guy to actually not be after sex in a relationship?

I've been getting a whole lot of heat from people about this, telling me I'm not normal because I'm actually not after the sex part of the relationship I'm in.

Is it really that weird for a guy to want to hang out with his girlfriend and just cuddle, go out adventuring and kiss and such and have little to no sexual needs?

Don't get me wrong, I like sex, but I hate for it to consume a relationship.

So tell me, is it normal? What do you guys think?

Its normal. Some people just have a higher sex drive. Me and my partner both have a very high sex drive however we still enjoy doing the things you have stated, we can go for a little walk that will end up turning into 3 hours of just walking anywhere, getting lost finding new places etc and very happily do that instead of having sex.

So don't worry about it, its very normal.

yeah.. it really is a shame though.. cause' they fuck it all up for guys that don't just want to get laid. I mean my girlfriends mother basically hates me cause' I'm a guy and she thinks I just want to sleep with her daughter.

      =/ Damnit.
