It depends. If you either feel attracted to him or just want to boost your ego a bit at his expense, I would take the class again. If you didn't really reciprocate him and have no interest in hurting him for some little attention, I would leave him alone.
I have had professors slightly attracted to me all the time, but there was this young professor 4-5 years older than me that had fallen real hard for me. I liked the attention, and even though I didn't really like him that way, I tricked myself into thinking I did just because I was flattered and LOVED the attention. I was selfish though. He was hurting and all I cared about was getting some attention. Don't do that, please. Even now I feel soo guilty for leaving him hanging just because I decided to drop the class because I got tired of him and his necessity of me.

you're both adults so... you can be mature and wait until the semester is over.
it's best to not start a relationship with the teacher or assistant while you're in the class. colleges look down on that as fraternization
