Is it normal for a girl to feel bad about this ?

My friend is upset because her best friend told her he was gay. She was at his house for a party last night. She thought he was kidding at first but he wasn't. The worst part is she still likes him. She had a crush on him for a week now. She's obsessed she can't get over him. She said she wants to sleep all day. She said she's not feeling well. She wanted me to bring her home last night so I did. I stayed the night with her to make sure she was ok. She was really hurt last night. She cried herself to sleep. She said she's over him now but I don't think she is. She dreamed of him every night she said they were gonna get married she even had names picked out for they're kids. She said she was really mad at him. He even said he's not interested in her. She said she feels sick literally she feels like throwing up. She's worried that he doesn't want to be her friend anymore. He didn't even hug her when she left last night everyone else did. He just ignored her. He really upset her. She's gonna see him again in a couple months she doesn't know what she's gonna do then. She's not sure if she'll even talk to him. She said he's too cute but even though she's mad at him she still likes him. Is it normal for her to feel this way ?
