I've started to like this girl who goes to my college. I started to speak to her on Facebook, and we got chatting and had some pretty funny conversations. In college she's always with her friends, but she smiles at me when she sees me and she speaks to me now on what's app, as she gave me her number. I'm useless at this kind of thing, but she told me some things about herself, where she's from, about her family, about her home county and that. She also told me about her parents and asked me the same questions. Of course I'm not saying this isn't normal, but is it normal for her to do this if she just wants to be friends?

She also calls me by a nickname she made up.. But also, she's kinda mean but in a playful way, what does this mean? Sorry in advance, I'm terrible at this kinda thing.

    I think she likes you, she is probably trying to work you out seeing if your a nice person. Girls like to know they can trust and tell things too. Trust me just be yourself as it's obviously working.

    It's possible that she wants to be your friend. It's also possible that she wants something more. She seems fairly assertive, I'd just give it time and see what happens.

    Why is everybody saying she likes you as more than a friend? That's terrible. You do get many people like her. She's just very trusting and open. Not all girls want "the D" when they're only being nice.

    Ask her on a date! Just, to yourself, don't think of it as a date. Just be cool, have fun and be yourself. Joke and laugh with her like you normally do :)
