Not every woman bleeds during her first time. Bleeding comes from a rupture in the hymen, and if she has no hymen, there probably won't be any blood. Some girls are born without a hymen; others lose them from riding horses or bikes or from tampon use. Even women who have hymens may not bleed if they're well lubricated and their partner is gentle.
In fact, more virgins don't bleed than bleed because girls/women are generally pretty active today.
