Is it normal for a gay guy to jerk off to straight guys?

So I’m gay but all my life I’ve jerked off to straight guys who are in my life. I haven’t gotten a lot of action with gay guys, and some gay men simply turn me off or aren’t my type.

But reality says I am surrounded by a plethora of hot beautiful straight men, what is a gay guy to do? My body says I want you, and then if I get emotionally attached to this person (and they show affection attention etc) I’m more turned on, let alone start thinking they might be curious or gay themselves.

Anyways, is it ok to release this energy or sexual frustration via masturbation? Like if I see or even work with a hot straight guy, and something happens that makes me want to cream my pants (like he gets really close to me etc)

    Well, as far as that goes, I would probably have to say, it has to do with your attraction to masculinity. You most likely see straight men as more masculine, either due to the association of Heterosexual male traits as "more Masculine", or else due to the way the straight men around you present themselves, compared to the gay men you know.

    Of course, Some gay men can be rather masculine, (one of my gay friends is ripped) but there are also those who present themselves as more feminine, which can be off-putting for many gay men. (typically, Twinks and Femboys are more desirable to Bisexual men, particularly those with a lean towards the opposite sex in their interests.)

    After all, being a gay man means you tend to desire masculinity in your partner, so, yeah, normal.

    Hopefully, you can find a nice gay or Bisexual man who also exudes "manliness" as much as your straight friends, and still has much in common with you.

    Totally normal. We want what we "can't" have.
    But up may be surprised at the number of staright guys who just want a hole to use and don't care that ur a guy.
