I'm wondering if it's normal for a female coworker to show her bare armpits during small talk conversations? She sometimes pulls her hair back and raises her elbows up and shows her armpits. I am turned on by it, but try not to let her see any reaction from me. Is this a common thing or is she flirting?

She's just moving her hair. You're looking into it too much - it's unlikely she's trying to seduce you with her armpits.
She's probably stretching and it just means she is feeling too relaxed or sleepy and trying to recover.
She's not hitting on you. Armpits aren't sexual to most people in any way. A lot of girls lift their arms up in general. It's a very casual movement and is in -no possible way- meant to be sexual or flirty.
Let me clarify... She has clean shaved armpits and she sits upright and plays with the hair on her head during small talk conversations. That's when I see her shaved armpits. Is it normal for women to flash their bare armpits like that?
I think you mean to ask if it's normal that you get turned on by such a thing?
