I had a dream that I saw a fluffy white dog.
The next day I was going somewhere and stopped at a rest stop. I saw a woman with the same exact dog. IIN?

    It's perfectly normal. We have hundreds if not thousands of dreams every night. When an event, resembling one of those dreams, occurs we remember the dream. The many other dreams remain 'forgotten', making it seem as if we had predicted the future in our dream. - One explanation I read about
