Is it normal for a dream to be 'real?'

When I was 7 years old, I remember having a dream that started out with me sleeping and being woken up by a couple of human characters. I do not remember what they looked like. I followed them to the living room when they began jumping around. When I asked them to be quiet, in order to avoid waking up everyone else in the house, they all disappeared. At this point, I walked into my sister's room and sat in a chair at the foot of her bed, silently. I don't recall a chair being there in actuality. The dream is vague now, so I don't remember anything after this. The next day, I heard my sister telling my mom that she felt like somebody was sitting by her bed that previous night. I didn't say anything, but I thought that was very odd. I have no history of sleep walking either. So, is it normal to have a dream that is 'real?' Anyone else had this experience?

You had a very strong astral projection. It happens most often after a dream and can even turn into a lucid dream when you are completely aware you are dreaming. It's loads of fun. Practice more and you will be able to do it more often.

i believe what you said isn't kinda of correct.

like, when everyone in my house is sleeping, i go to the bathroom at night, and i get the feeling the is someone watching from the window, it kinda scares me

i dream many times, many many times of the future, really don't know if that's normal but whatever, its something that you are used to like coming to your sister's room. Well.. if you dream of Xuxa coming to you home the next day, i will say that you dream the future xD

so maybe what happened to you was a coincidence, u had a dream about something of your daily life,(except for the people jumping, its a dream after all), and your sister got the feeling someone was there, like me ^^

hope you like my comment, its my first >w<
sorry for my bad english T-T

On occasion, I have dreams that stand out. Sometimes I think that I dream something that I end up doing but I don't know. Its interesting but its not something that I feel is significant to me. Like, it doesn't have much of an impact on my beliefs and its hard for me to make up my mind whether or not it actually happens.

This is normal and even expected if your Native American. Dreams can be real and you can learn much from paying attention to your dream life!
