    It all depends on where you're kissing him.

    On the cheek - friendly.

    On the lips and lingering - romantic, you're either gay or bi

    Below the neck - lust, romance, gay or bi.

    You might first want to make sure your friend isn't homophobic. If he is, he'll probably freak out and tell everyone. Depending on how close he is to you , just tell him how you feel. If he's a good friend he may not be into you kissing him but he'll understand, or try to at least.
