Is it normal for a 19 yo boy to be naked around his mom?

Im a 19yo boy and my mom still sees me naked around the house or just in my breifs. Sometimes i get gout of the shower and walk to my room naked or wake up to get a drink at night. and im relaxing in my room i like to be nude. or ill wear my breifs. It has never bothered me or my parents if they see me naked. i think part of the reason why is because i have micro penis and my weiner still looks the same as when i was a baby. the only difference is that i have hair not but i shave my pubes anyways so it still looks like a baby weiner. its only a little over an inch and a half long hard and not even half an inch soft. when its not erect the tiny little head barley even shows it looks like a tiny little button about as big arond as a dime above my scrotum. my balls are just about the same it allmost looks like they haven even dropped yet. doctors told my mom i have micro penis but it would eventually grow through puberty a little bit. waited till i was 15 nothin really changed except i grew body hair at like 9 when i got to talk to a doc about it again he said just be paitent and not to worrie well im 20 not and my mom says its hasent grown half an inch since i was 3! I dont care how small it is and ive just accepted that its never going to get bigger. i like it cuz its allmost like nothing is there and it hasent really changed my whole life so im completly comfortablewith it. My mom said it doesnt bother her at all if im nude around her because it still looks the same as when i was a baby and its nothing she hasent seen before.
