Is it normal for a 2 year to know the abcs?

My son is 2 this month and can already recognize ALL the letters of the alphabet, count to 10, and can name 11 body parts... Is he "normal" or advanced?

    My daughter could say ABC's by 18months, count to twenty and you could have a full on conversation with her. It's more normal for girls to start earlier than boys. My son took alot longer to do these things. He may be gifted, wouldn't hurt to find out. Good job on your clever little man :)

    I started speaking German when i was 3 and yeah its pretty normal babies learn fast not everything but many things...
