Is it normal for a 12 year old to want to wear nappies?

I have a 12 year old daughter and when she is alone, she likes to walk around naked apart from a nappy. The thing is, nearly everytime I go out she asks me to buy some nappies for her and if I see someone I know, it is very embarassing. Some of her friends do it with her, sometimes at my house so sometimes she isnt alone. I'm just not quite sure if it is normal.

    it could be early onset of an adult baby fetish.
    i have a friend who did the same thing and he still wears diapers in the privacy of his own home.

    As her parent, you need to be the one to put a stop to this. I mean where is she getting them from? Do you keep buying them for her?

    It's not that ABNORMAL, but it's not something that you want to ignore and just hope that it goes away either.

    Yes, it's normal. Maybe she just likes the feel of them and they give her security and comfort and they make her feel like a baby again. As long as your daughter's happy, I think you should let her continue wearing them.

    I wear diapers and load them up with a fudgy mess. It comes out the leg openings and down my legs
