Is it normal for a 2 year old to never have solid poop?

My 2 year old nephew is healthy. And He eats almost everything.
Just minutes after he eats, he'll have a bowel movement but they are NEVER solid. It's always like diarrhea, liquid.

Now Even when MY son was jus 3 months, as soon as he started cereal, he wud have solid b.ms.

So I don't understand how my nephew could eat the same things we do and only have liquid b.ms. No matter if he has lots of like, rice or bananas or apples or breads which are typically foods that stop diarrhea and can make u constipated..

Is that normal?

This is a medical problem: what's wrong with his parents that they haven't had it checked out?

I guess what I mean is that has she caught on that this is BAD? Normally if your shit isn't solid it means you aren't the healthiest or are experiencing anxiety or something. She should definitely take him to a doctor to start.
