I'm 21, girlfriend's 16... I love her, and despite what people think, it's not about sex. At all. We haven't even gone close because... well... we aren't that stupid... Neither of us have had sex, and I'm pretty sure she loves me like I love her. Right or wrong...?
...But you're an adult. How can you find anything in common with a high schooler?
Sex or no sex you need to find someone your own age and let her have fun with the guys in her school. Let her be a highschooler. How do even meet a 16 year old. Sounds kinda sad.
Well 16 is legal, but the maturity levels differ, even though they say women are about 3 years more mature than their age you can tell the difference. the naivety shows. Anyway I tend to go by the rule of no green bananas basically no on under 18 even though 16-17 is legal. Although with that said girls under 18 do tend to be a lot hotter, never really understood why but they just are right? I sometimes fantasize about girls under 18 but try not to act on it. I have met up with some but nothing ever happened.
I was 16 and my bf was 21 when we started dated! My parents were cool with it but then other people weren't ! But who cares about what other people think ! You both love eachother and that's all that matters ! (:
age is just a number. If you guys are in love then either she's mature for her age or you are immature for your age...nothing wrong with either option.
Just realize the legal ramifications of physical relations before doing anything of that nature.
I think it's normal, age is only a number and it's how you feel about each other that matters. Just keep to the laws wherever you live though.
Doesn't matter if there is no sex. If her parents got the idea to put you in jail they could because she is jailbait.
Who cares just be with her. Remember she will not be over party etc till after you, and when she is 18 she will prob change
When I was 16 my first real boyfriend was 21...and there was no sex. My parents were extremely strict but after meeting the guy they allowed us to date As long as you understand that she still has a lot of maturing to do and don't try to push her into doing "21 yr old things"...I see no problem with it. You must have her parents permission though! Also, if the relationship ends poorly...she or her parents can have you arrested by accusing you of having sex with a minor. Just something to think about.
Well when I was 13 my frist and I mean frist in sex and boyfriend and he was 19. We were together for 5 years. I didn't act like a 13 year old I had to grow up fast and I didn't look 13 . Now looking back I wish I would have waited to have sex. And when I told a counsour she said it was rape bc I was so young and he was so older than I was. Not to mention he cheated on me alot.
