Is it normal for a 27 year old to date a 17 year old?
Last year when my brother was 17 he wanted to go to a high school party and he didn't have a driver license yet so my parents made me drive him, and I decided to look inside and stay for a little bit to see if he was safe. I met an awesome girl there, she was 16 at the time, and I told her I was 17 and a senior in high school (I was 26 at the time but I look young for my age so she believed me). We exchanged numbers and she became kind of my girlfriend. Well I am 27 now I have a job and make some money but I still live with my parents, my brother is going away to college next September, and she is going to be a senior in high school starting next September. I told her I was starting college and she believed me, and I told her I could come home every weekend to spend time with her and that I would be loyal to her no matter what, and she thought that was so romantic and sweet and she gave me a kiss. I really like her and everything, I've had girlfriends in the past but I never felt this strongly about a person until I met her, even though she is 17 and I'm pretending to be 18 even though I'm 27. I believe age is only a number and should never get in between two people who really care about each other.
