Is it normal for a 19 y.o. guy to date a 15 y.o. girl?

My brother is 19 and is usually very mature and smart, but he's dating a 15 year old, and has been doing so for like a year. I will admit she is mature for her age. I have a 14 year old sister and they are miles apart in their behavior. I've talked to my brother about his relationship a lot, and he does really love her and I'm pretty sure there hasn't been anything sexual. (That would be statutory rape!). I'm just worried, because I love my brother and I'm 99% he is a good person. Because you know a lot of older guys manipulate teenagers and it get's unhealthy and is bad for the girl, but I just hope this isn't the situation.

    It's only 4 years apart, so the age difference isn't the issue. The age of consent is. A 15 year old isn't legal in most places, so for a 19 year old to be dating one would put a lot of people off given the presumed thought of what they may be doing.

    As long as they make sure to have everything remain non-sexual, there really isn't a problem here. Some people will judge, though that shouldn't really matter.

      And I come from one of the countries where a 15 year old is legal and I can not for my life see the issue with two people aged 19 and 15 to fuck each-others brains out.

    It's not problem at all )) I am 19 and my GF is 15 and we have been together for 2 years . It's harder for me because difference between our ages is too much, but that doesn't matter . Its not much between 25-21 , 32-28 but in our case it's a little bit annoying but she's growing and our interests are getting on by the time .

    It's legal in Canada, where I am.
    Though if he turns 20 before she turns 16, that's when the close in age exemption ends and he can get prosecuted.

    Pretty much the same ages when my best friend got with his girlfriend, that was 8 years ago and they are getting married in a month's time.

    Normal but obviously could lead to legal problems if the relationship is or becomes sexual.

    I think the law is a bit stupid... If both fully agree on their decisions, it should not be a paper that should dtop them. If they are together for one year, like you said, there is a big chance that they had sex
