Is it normal for a 19f to date 27m?

I met this guy not knowing how old each other were we agreed to go out and getting to know each other and we have the same interests and we get along really well and we are always happy smiling and laughing together, i can't stop thinking about him and he says the same but its such a big age gap is that okay? Also we have the most amazing sex ever and I really wish I could tell people about our relationship.

Well, my wife is 42 years younger than I and we have a fantastic relationship. Don't let the age difference, or anything anybody else says (and they will) bother you. It's your life and you should do what feels right for you.
    Good luck.

Not sure why you were thumbed down for a perfectly reasonable comment.

Yuh got some enemies, sailor man.

Indeed I do. It seems as though I'm terribly unpopular in the 12 to 17 year old category!

    Stephen Fry, who's 57, just married a guy who's 27 - 30 years younger!

8 years isn't such a big difference. If you're both into each other, who cares?

My husband is 9 years older than me. Before that I was with a man 19 years older in a sugarbaby set up. Love isn't a number as long no ones being hurt

8 years difference is not very much in the scheme of things. You are both adults. I've had relationships where there's been a 18 year age difference. It was great.

it's not illegal but then again the odds aren't in your favor for the relationship lasting.

I think whether a couple works well together depends a lot on whether they're in the same phase of life. If you were currently, say, 18 and still in high school while he was 26 then the age gap would be too great because it would raise a bunch of red flags. But you're both young, independent adults now. Unless you have a burning desire to go "find yourself" or something, there shouldn't be any big issues.
