A friend of mine, she is Asian she is something, educated, family oriented, traveled the world, fun to be with, easy going and fashionable, got good taste. Her look i would say average but really not that bad. There were guys hit on her. She used to have a good career back in her country then she decided to came here to study and spend her20's oversea. Now she's worrying that she is still virgin and she would freak the guys out. She's not mentally-illed at all, kinda smart but i think she has free spirit. She only want to experiment new chapter in her life, having sex, dating which is seem normal for others but not to her. Her type is normal white guy. Or it could be becauae that she is not american native, her english is second language. It makes more harder to meet someone. Any thoughts?

    Considering you mentioned "her country"... it's likely she came from a country where girls are expected to remain virgins until marriage and sleeping around is HIGHLY discouraged and would be considered to bring dishonor upon a woman.

    Just because many people here think virginity is something to throw away asap, doesn't mean other cultures act the same way.

    as for not finding anyone to be her first yet... it takes time. if you're looking for the right one.

    I mean technically... if she went into a bar and didn't care what quality man took her to bed, she could probably have her first night within a few hours. but... she may want more than just a random encounter, especially if she's from a culture where sex is more than just humping any stranger you can find.

      Dont u think its gonna be a little to late until she finds the right guy. She's 29 years old and never have sex or relationship. Thank you for your opinion though.

        No it's not too late.

        The best thing to do is stop treating her like she's abnormal.

        She'll find a man when she's ready and... believe me... if she finds someone worthy of taking to bed... he's not going to make fun of her if he wants her.

        As for finding a man, 29 is not too old for that either. I never met my current boyfriend until I was 34.

    She needs to throw away all her inhibitions and open up a bit. I am NOT saying she should go whore herself, I am saying that she needs to not be so insecure, and let loose and have fun sometimes. Also she needs to find a nice guy that is not so hot to jump down her pants and is willing to take things extra slow and is willing to be understanding about her situation.
