    Yes because we all know how responsible 14 year olds are as well as being financially secure enough to raise a family should a pregnancy occur.

        Well, I know that in some European countries the legal age is 13. However, they usually put some type of restriction on people that young. For instance, I think in Germany there's an age difference limit for people that young who get into relationships.

      I don't think the law is what makes it normal or not.
      That was the age of consent in Canada well into the 2000s and it's still legal if the other person's age is reasonably close. But as far as I know, most Canadians still wait until they're a bit older, making that the "normal" thing to do.

    Yes. I know people who first had sex around the ages of 13 and 14. Many people start wanting sex long before that. It's completely normal.

    Please, take the time to educate yourself about safe sex if you are that young and plan to have sex. Sex is a great thing for anyone at any age, but doing it responsibly is really important.

    I think its fine for them to have intercourse but be very careful, always wear a condom and pull out. Know where you can get a morning after pill. If you mess up head there immediately.

      Despite this, I've heard of many stories where it seemed as though they didn't have this knowledge within reach. I am not trying to sound like a prude but, it has reached weird waves in my country. Its like most if not all of them are out of control and lacking common sense. It's almost as if getting pregnant and having underage sex is the chic thing to do nowadays.
