Talking to young guys here. Is it normal in your view that there are so many 40+ aged males chasing after teen-to early 20 year old? ?

As a 23 year old woman I find it beyond creepy and when I ask these guys why they won't chase women their own age they spout out stuff about a deep biological urge to reproduce and how they can't possibly help it and not to judge them. I know a good few of them have kids they left years ago anyway as I grew up around them.

I shrug it off mostly but when I think of some 40 sone thing lusting after my daughters when they are still in their teens it disturbs me.

Is their behaviour frowned upon or do you guys congratulate them on how lucky they are?

Am I just being judgemental ?

Love doesn't have an age limit, but pepole shouldn't be ACTIVELY SEEKING someone way younger than them. Young girls are easy to take advantage of and that's what the old creeps want. They want to be in control and it's disgusting.

I agree its wrong as that's too much of an age difference, but I don't want to judge too much because while I don't know if I'll act on it, I'm sure when I reach that age I'll be starring at some pretty teens as well.

it is natural, but obvious to have sex with them or not is YOUR choice

just dont let their horniness affect you

  I know but older women could argue that for younger men. When you go on dating sites it's like every other guy thats over 40 is chasing young pussy.
  Why is there such a double standard? These women's bodies have only got less toned by having your kids ("you" as in men).

I voted as "not normal", only because at that age most men should be a bit more mature and realize that they probably won't benefit from dating a young girl.
But, then there's a whole different side to this. I'm a 17 year old girl myself and I want to be with a man who's in his 40s. A lot of people think this stuff is a phase because they're ignorant and do not understand what the other person feels. This is how I view it:
A man is doing NOTHING wrong, no matter how old he is, if he crushes and fantasizes about a young girl, even if she is underaged. It IS a problem though, if he takes action and tries to get with her. But if he's just being harmless with these fantasies, I don't see why he has to be judged or hated for it. I can very well relate to those men as I come from the opposite/the same spectrum. Being a young girl and liking men 25+ years older is some HARD stuff to deal with. Nobody understands, everybody thinks you're mentally ill. But you love who you want in this world. I'm waiting patiently until I'm an adult before I start dating an older guy.
I can understand completely how an older guy who likes someone quite aways younger than him is weird. If he's actually trying to get with an underaged girl, then report his ass- that's wrong. Even myself as an underaged girl who likes older men, if one tried to get with me now I'd suspect he has bad intentions. But a man who has the self-control to wait until his girl is an adult is probably well-worth it, at least to me.
I don't know know much I know about this being an immature young teenager myself, but I tried.

  Is it the money, I don't mean being whore like, just that they actually have disposable income instead of a crappy allowance like most guys around your age?
  Is it the freedom, your with someone who has their own car, place job, ect and can do what they want?
  Is it the maturity, someone who actually knows what they want in life?

Scientifically, it's normal for men to lust after women between ages 18 and 25 their entire lives.

However, as a young woman I find it pretty damn creepy, so I suppose it's debatable as to whether or not it should be considered normal.

As long as the girls are NOT minors, there's nothing creepy about it. What about adult female teachers seducing teenage boys? Just as creepy as adult men chasing minor girls. I myself tend to like women in their 30s.
