Is it normal feeling like you already experienced a moment

Like a dejavu but i never experienced it before. It feels like ive dreamed about it.
Example:
Me and my friends are sitting on a table in school. Some are reading 1 is saying something and one i laughing and one is looking at me for example. Then there is a point where i feel like it already happend before. Mostly a quiet moment.
I get this like 2 times a week. I think its pretty cool to have this ability i just want to know what this is.
Is this normal?

Yes, it happens to lots of people. You get this weird feeling that you've somehow experienced an event or moment before, but you have no idea when or where.

déjá vu- is the experience of feeling sure that one has already witnessed or experienced a current situation, even though the exact circumstances of the previous encounter are uncertain and were perhaps imagined. The experience of déjà vu is usually accompanied by a compelling sense of familiarity, and also a sense of "eeriness", "strangeness", "weirdness", or what Sigmund Freud calls "the uncanny". The "previous" experience is most frequently attributed to a dream, although in some cases there is a firm sense that the experience has genuinely happened in the past.

Does this describe anything like how you feel.

Extrasensory perception (ESP) - Involves reception of information not gained through the recognized physical senses but sensed with the mind. ESP denotes psychic abilities such as telepathy, clairaudience, and clairvoyance, and their trans-temporal operation as precognition or retrocognition. ESP is also sometimes casually referred to as a sixth sense, gut instinct or hunch, which are historical English idioms. The term implies acquisition of information by means external to the basic limiting assumptions of science, such as that organisms can only receive information from the past to the present.

Sounds more like déjá vu to me personally.

Happens to me constantly, i generally day dream about whats going to happen, change what i was doing, for example driving too fast and then 10m down the road a police car is parked round the corner watching passing traffic. JUST AS I SAW. Its a useful gift, who cares if its normal, just enjoy!
