Is it normal ex is ignoring me?

So one day my ex girlfreind called me just to talk, so we did and at the end of the conversation she mentioned somthing about hooking up, i asked her why and she said because im hot and that im a good kisser, so i agreed that we should hookup (who wouldnt take that offer??) and so we had another conversation about it, and now i try texting, skyping, facebooking, everything to set a time and she keeps ignoring me when i bring it up. Is this normal? I need advice.

    She just wants to know that she can still have you "on the side" if she wants to. She's using you...

    She probably not serious about wanting to hook up & when you actually agreed to it she was really hurt... Now that you keep pushing for it she is more hurt because that's the only reason you want to talk to her. The more you try, the more she is going to ignore you.

    She may have lied about you being good just to have the feel of some dick.
