Is it normal eating food at 2:00 in the morning.
every night, i feel like i have to eat somthing, usually around 1 or 2 in the morning. Is this normal? Is it bad for my health?
Im the complete oppisite of obese, so i don't see what's bad about it and since im still growing, i thought it would help mp growth. what im mainly worried about is if it will turn into a bad habit.
