Is it normal ears ringing = headaches

I have noticed that my ears ring often, mostly my right ear, and it always results in me having a huge headache in my right temple. The headache feels like someone is shooting or stabbing me in the temple or head, and my ears ringing sounds like what it'd sound like after an explosion right near you. It's really painful. Is this normal. Or should I seek medical care?

    Yeah. You should see a doctor, you might have hearing damage or simply an infection.
