So I was going through old IINers and creeping on their profiles (like I always do), and I found the most creative and artistic is it normal profile picture (shown below).

This completely blew my mind. In case you didn't know, that's the small little picture your is it normal profile has before you decide to upload your own. I found this to be the most artistic and creative thing I've ever seen here. A big applause to the user who made it which I'd rather not name for privacy reasons.

You can notice that the little guy is cowboy themed (Yee haw!) or in his underwear with a cowboy hat in action of robbing a bank. My question and the reason why I'm posting this story is:

If you were able to do this to your is it normal beginners profile picture, what would the theme of the little guy be? You can make it any way you want, dress it as you want, and the rest it's obvious.

    Heh, I used to do that too. I drew the IIN man walking a dog and that was my profile pic for a while (I still have that one on my PC, I think). I had him casting a shadow, had him made out of rainbows, had him glowing, made him blocky like a space invader, and even had an animation of his head falling and him kicking it out of shot (which didn't work because I think images are resized and animated GIFs lose their frames).
