I was at a concert last night when some girl started following me saying she wanted my hat. Later her friend ran by and grabbed it off my head and kept running. I chased her and security grabbed her and gave me back the hat. Then the guy they were with started yelling at me and trying to fight me for the hat. Security escorted them out.
I'm in the music industry where there's a lot of drug use and I know a crack head when I see one.
Also while crack heads and people with mental illness such as mania may have some similar behaviors there are ways to distinguish between them.
-Drug users may have "meth pox" from digging at their skin. This is less common in mentally ill people although some may have skin picking habits.
-Drug users sweat more and lick their lips and grind their teeth.
-Drug users commonly hang out with people displaying similar symptoms due to being on the same drug. While mentally ill people may hang out together their symptoms wont be the same as each other.
-Drug users are more likely to be malnourished. People with mania and similar disorders usually still eat.
-Drug users are more likely to ask for free stuff and steal.
-Drug users display other physical symptoms that are absent in mentally ill people.
-Mentally ill people may have some similarities but will be unlikely to show all of them. The behavior is similar but very different in certain ways.

One time this crazy bitch told me she liked my hat then she came back a few minutes later and said that if I ever want to get rid of my hat I should give it to her. WTF? I had never seen her before in my life! It was a green knit cap so I immediately took my it off, stuck it in my jeans pocket and got the hell away from her weird ass. And yes I'm pretty sure her sorry ass was addicted to crack or something. Creepy.
Don't tell me it's the old Capitol Theatre on Monroe St. in downtown Passaic.That's been closed for DECADES.
