Is it normal count and tap before going to the bathroom

When I have to use the restroom I have to prepare beforehand. I will tap my foot and repeat 1-2-3-4-5 aloud (very quietly, only one person has ever said anything about it) twice, then I will go. IIN?

    You probably have OCD. Not a big deal as long as it doesn't interfere with your life too much
