Is it normal confusing periods

I had my first period 30 days ago and all the girls on my mothers side have started regular instead of irregular i've been wearing a pad just incase but there's no blood and I went to the toilet and when I wiped there was like Really dark brown stuff almost black but non on my pad I don't think it's was poop because it was at the front there's discharge on the pad and there was only a little bit of brown stuff I have pubic hair but I don't shave I've having bad tummy cramps but the only thing I can think of is that I started my period and went to the toilet before it got on my pad but in that case it would of been in toilet probably and I think red and I'm most obviously not sexually active

P.S.my last period was brown

    That's just older blood. It happens.

    Irregular periods are normal. Especially when you're a virgin.

    Don't use this as a reason to start having unprotected sex, but... when you're older and seeking to have children, your partner's semen will help regulate your cycle.

    Whew, that was graphic. But yes, normal. Even regular periods aren't clockwork, so missing by a day or two isn't odd. Colour's normal, and I think you're right: you beat it before it got on the pad.
