Is it normal co-worker hook up

So I get along really well with one of my co wrkers. We laugh alot and confide in each other. So on one of my over night shifts he came over to hang out with me. He then told me he's liked me from the begin along with my other co worker. So 2 guys likes me that I work with. So we made out cuz I did have a small crush on him. Long story short a week later we had sex and decided to bevfriebds with benifits because he's not my type to make my bf. I've never just hooked up for sex so I felt weird about it. So I ended things and the next day he showed up to work with his ex gf they got back together. And he barely talks to me anymore. How do I fix this?
