Is it normal: black women never hit on me until i started dating one

I'm a 27 year old white guy and I've been dating a 27 year old black woman for 4 months now. She is the first woman I have dated outside my own skin color. We both live in NYC and my family is from Ireland while hers is from Belize. So I'm super light and she's super dark. I was always attracted to all types of women no matter the color, if they are attractive they are good to go.. Before my girlfriend I've never been hit on by a black woman. Weird part now is that I get hit on by black women almost on a daily basis. I brought this up to my girlfriend jokingly and said that these women smell her pheromones on me. I asked her how did I go totally unnoticed by black women and now that I date one I need to beat them off me with a bat. She said black women can apparently tell when a white guy is into a black woman by the way a white guy looks at the woman.. I still don't understand it but she says I must look at black girls differently now in a way they know that I find them interesting. Is this normal?

      Nah, his gf is wrong. Theres no "you look at them in a different way now" nothings changed, its just that they see you with a black one and now they know they might have a chance...besides, they assume whites are the ones with the money, so thats why they going after you lol.

    Hahahahha that's awesome. Shit like this always happen. Broke then u get random cheques all at once. No girls then it seems like all the girls hit on u. 0 job prospects until one day you get 8 interviews lol.

    Must be one of those laws of the universe is what I attribute it to.

    Shit I think so! I'm Mexican,I date a white girl. I've noticed I only attract white girls now. like really preppy white girls, so I think it's the same as your situation. Wow that's weird but cool!
