    Surely it is normal.

Did you know, today's average human lifespan is about 67 years? That is 24,455 days.

If you are 20 years of age, that means you have lived 7,300 days, almost one-third the average life expectancy. That means you have maybe 47 years left, which is only 17,155 days.

Life is too short to waste in such quandaries when help is all around you. Long-term progress IS worth risking a little pain.

Maybe a little Lao-Tzu can help motivate you, as he says: "A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step."

Changing yourself is not really so difficult, as it only takes one step to redirect your life's path.

    You CAN ask for help.

i waited at school for two hours for AAA rather than going into the front office to ask a office person or teacher for help... i just really felt anxious or unable to go do that
