Is it normal being irrationally attracted to someone due to voice?

Occasionally, I meet someone and if their voice is right, I am instantly very attracted to someone, no matter what they look like. It feels physical and emotional attraction, thought I know it's not really real because I don't know the person. I love smooth, slightly camp voices done in the right way, and it's really off putting because if I'm around them I just can't stop thinking about them.

        It means a person has a good voice and not so good face.

    I found it quite normal to be attracted to someone's voice. I was just thinking how a women I know has a very soothing attractive voice, and how it adds to her overall attractiveness. But the part about being instantly attracted despite looks is a little abnormal to me.

      It rarely happens, but when it does, it's an instant attraction and they just seem so physically attractive.

        Yeah I understand what you're saying, but how can someone's voice make them more "physically" attractive? Maybe you become physically attracted after hearing their voice because it's a key quality you like. I don't believe someone's vocals can actually add to their physicality though.

          Well, just like the way that you can get more physically attracted to someone after getting to know them, they become more physically attracted in your eyes even if other people don't find them physically attractive.
          If I'm attracted to their voice, I think they look more physically attractive in the same way people look at partners with adoration no matter what they look like.

            That makes absolutely no sense to me. That's almost like saying money makes a individual more physically attractive. I don't get how something that's not physically apart of the genetic makeup can my someone look better. Now if you would have is normal to be instantly attract to someone because eye color, height, or even muscle tone this would make more sense. If someone is unattractive to me physically I don't care what they sound, smell, or act like they always going to be unattractive to me point blank period no discussion.
