Is it normal at this time of the month?

So I've always struggled with my periods. Mainly the mental state I get in, ive learnt how I work, I have good months and bad months, the bad months I can cry, feelangry, feel down, feel very tired, I feel fat and bloated, hate myself, my hair goes thin and greasy, I eat more, I crave sugar.

Are all these feelings normal though? How can your hair change?! It usually happens 7-10 days before my period.

Fairly normal but you don't need to put up with it: get yourself on the contraceptive pill and you won't know yourself.

Hormones can be an absolute bugger, can't they?

I get those horrid things too. But mine are usually 2 days before. It'll be hormones. Just do your best to manage, hon.

Everyone's periods are different and the symptoms they experience will differ depending on how the body will react to change. Periods screw up everything in your body, so as long as its not life threatening or causing you immense pain, I would consider it normal. As for how and why? I would turn to google.

It's pretty normal. I have similar symptoms when I'm on my period.
