Is it normal as an adult to not know how to make friends ?

Some people are born with that ability to make friends some aren't. thankfully those that can make friends in 0.05 seconds can start the conversation first & keep it going for those of us who are inept in that department and everybody wins.

It really isn't easy to make new friends after a certain age, especially if you don't change jobs very often, start different classes, courses, activities. In my experience, the best way to make new friends is to meet new people. There's no guarantee you'll be friends with all of them, or any of them for that matter, but you have to start new relationships to see where it leads. I believe your best bet is taking a course, joining a book club, a drama group, etc. where you'll find people with a common interest! ;)

No thats just weird. Maby start self harming for attention or something. Maby the odd attention seekin suicide bid, a dramatic fall down the stairs maby. . Might not win u any pals but will fill the lonelyness for a while with all the attention u will get
