    In the BDSM circle, some Dominates or Mistresses will keep slaves. Some will keep them like maids. As for whether or not the slave is naked, I think it depends on who is their Dominant.

    Some Dommes (dominate females in BDSM) do it to their subs/slaves. It's another way to take control of them and to remind the sub/slave of their place while they're doing their chores. It's not something everyone does, but its not not normal. It's just not a common occurrence.
