It's not gross if you are clear up there and if done right it does feel good.
Well, pee comes out of the vagina (OK, urethra,but still a part of that area) and penis, yet that doesn't stop people, lol. Then again, its easier to clean that than shit.
Just make sure you are clean down there, and be gentle, practice with toys before trying it for real. If you are clean and take it slow, you should be fine, you might even enjoy it!

everybody likes different things. you don't know till you try. if it really disgusts you then you will only be able to focus on how gross it is and you wont like it. i don't suggest you try it. personally i'm not a fan but I've dated girls who insisted.
