Is it normal all natural food makes me sick?

Is it normal all natural food always makes me sick. I tried eating at places that say the food is all natural but it always makes my stomach hurt. Yet if I eat something from a place like McDonald I don't ever get sick. Is this normal?

Completely natural chicken has a fairly good chance of containing salmonella. The processing and cooking that chicken goes through reduce the chances of this disease passing to you, the consumer.

Processing =/= evil. Some processed foods do contain chemicals that are harmful to people in large quantities. So do apples.

My point is that not everything that says it's natural is good, and not all processed foods are bad. It's actually often the opposite.

  • Just because food says it is all natural on the label does not mean that it is natural. The only thing that matters is the list of all the ingredients on the back of the container. The less ingredients in the list means the less processed the food is. For example if you buy a bag of chicken nuggets and there is a huge list of things in it that are hard to pronounce and you have never heard off them before, that usually means the food is highly processed. If you buy a bag of raw chicken breast and look at the ingredients and the list is very short, in this case most likely chicken breast, salt, natural flavors, this means the food is less processed and more natural.

Also, I can not judge if your stomach pains are normal or not. I really do not think that they are related to "natural food." Maybe slowly ease yourself into eating more whole foods. Your body probably is not completely use to getting nutrient dense food. It is probably more use to digesting the junk.

have you tried cooking your own " all natural " meal?
try cooking mashed potato (peel potato, boil lumps of potato, drain water, mash), sweetcorn and peas (obtain bag of frozen corn and bag of frozen peas (or use tinned), microwave handful in microwaveable container)and chicken breast (take 1 raw chicken breast, add 1tbspn oil to frying pan, fry chicken breast. cut to see if center s cooked. if not fry more).
all of these things and many more are "all natural". do these make you sick?

    • That is not all natural its just regular food. Normal people eat that. I mean fast food places and restaurants that claim its all natural leave me filling ill. I have eaten chicken before, and steak and potatoes.

        • Well apparently they said they got the food from an all natural farm. So they don't have any preservatives and stuff in the meat and food like other fast food places. Also that is why I don't eat there anymore. However I know 3 places like this and the food is delicious but it always makes my stomach hurt.

Your body is use to junk food. So when you try to eat healthy food it rejects it.
