Is it normal after eating an "edible" arms hurt?

after having an "edible" and drinking beer, vomiting ensued, then blackout , woke up in emergency room with excruciating pain in both arms.. even if you blew wind on the arms , crying in major pain... after x-rays and seeing various doctor's and still no explanation....anyone experience this or know why?
