Is it normal after break up not to want sex for months?

When I was in relationship we had sex a few times a day every day. I am single for about 4 months now and was just fine with no sex at all. However I used my vibrator today for the first time in 4 months... and it felt damn good! :) Is it normal for a female not to need sex for this long?
