Is it normal a lesbian said this to me?

I'm a guy, and I've been getting to be a good friend with a lesbian I know. And I'm sure she really a lesbian, she doesn't flaunt it or anything, but guys definitely aren't her thing and she's only interested in girls. She's 25, so she's probably past the phase of pretending to be a lesbian for attention. Anyways, the other day we were having a conversation that was kind of sexual, and I didn't think anything of it because we're friends and besides she wasn't into me. It was almost time for her to leave to go somewhere. Then she put her hands on my hips, pulled me forward and said "you should remind me of what a man can do." Then she hugged me like she always does, said we'll talk about it later, and left. At first I thought she was just teasing me, she's playful like that. Then one of her friends mentioned in a Facebook comment that she said she was interested in trying something different, without any context, and I think she might have been referring to me. I've known her for some time now and I don't know what to make of this.

She's only teasing you. 42
You're good enough to make her go bi. 95
She's not into you but still wants sex, it's just like a strap-on. 126
She was never really a lesbian. 31
You're the only guy she's interested in, other than you she's lesbian. 115
Help us keep this site organized and clean. Thanks!

You can be gay and still want sex from opposite sex, just not a relationship. Kind of similar to how some straight guys like like to get their dicks sucked by other men, lol, but I think they are secretly bi. Maybe shes bi

Maybe she's just horny and thinks you can be a rare to occasional fuck buddy. Maybe she was testing the waters to gauge your interest in such an arrangement.

Maybe it is a big practical joke and she's a vicious mastermind. Maybe the practical joke is a ruse for her underlying turmoil regarding her sexuality.

Or...(and this is quite as likely as the others) maybe she's just trying to seduce you to get your genetically superior sperm.

Yeah this story is such bullshit. But this one time I was walking down the street when a roving troupe of Chinese lesbian hookers jumped me and started tearing away at my pants, desperate to find the source of that pulsing scent of manliness. Then I totally brought them all to multiple orgasms and walked away into the sunset, my silhouette framed only by the stunned onlookers. True story.

  • I know women who are definitely lesbian, tried a boy for a night, but then realised they are definitely lesbian. The person above is right. Labels are shit. A person can fancy whoever they want.

Perhaps the real question shouldn't be whether or not she's trying to hit on you or just kidding...

and instead the question should be ... do YOU want to have sex with HER?

and if you do, does she know it?

i mean it's all well and good for her to hit on you but if you're just interested in being friends it won't go beyond that no matter what she does. unless you're afraid she'll force you?

It's common for woman to want to have sex with another female, out of curiosity. but not because she is a lesbian.
Maybe its the opposite for her.

    Or she is simply bisexual.

  • She probably wants a one night stand to see if men are better and she doesn't want to do it with some horny pervert with STDs and who will steal some of her underwear and jizz on it.

K whats happening here is she obviously wants to fuck but also wants to respect and not ruin the friendship hence the "we'll talk about it later". That is no tease for sure though. Just say lets not talk about it and just do it :)

Look guy your never going to get a real answer from asking this question, your going to get opinions which don't help for shit. Opinions are like assholes, everyone has one. Why in the world are you asking what her sexual orientation is? SHE IS THE ONLY ONE WHO KNOWS THAT ASNWER. If some chick says their lesbian does that mean they only can be with women? of course not. They're pretty much saying thats what they want and would choose over a male. Some people say sexuality is black in white, somepeople say that were all Bisexual. My opinion? I don't care. Theres never going to be a point in time when we all agree on something. Im rambling on here but basicly the real question is do you want to give it to her or not? if she even wants to. let her make the decision on her sexual orientation, not anyone else.

she may want to experiment... test the water. but don't compromise your friendship... if she's a bit of a teaser, be wary... don't trust facebook for gods sake...

I don't know if this is your case, but there was this one lesbian that had sex with a man because she was so sexually frustrated. Maybe she's bi or experimenting....?

    Comment Hidden ( show )
  • I think she likes you that much to be having fantasies of you and her in bed.If she is really a lesbian as you claimed her to be,she could be having this "let's see-what-happens-to-me-next" idea in her mind.It is just like testing how a man would taste like and you are the only one she trusts.... Good luck...

Why does everyone feel the need to categorize and label ? I personally feel it is ignorant.
For the most part Im with girls, I have no desire to be in a relationship with a guy, however I do occasionally, (rarely) do come across a guy that I would actually like to have sex with (and usually do). So call me Bi, whatever, I prefer non-discriminatory ;)

There's a label for everything. You're heteroromantic bisexual if you're a guy. And homoromantic bisexual if you're a girl.

She wants experiment, but she trusts you so she ONLY wants it from you if she does. I am gay and I want to try a girl but have not found one I trust yet. So she probably wants the same, a lot of people gay or straight people tend to go through a phase of bi-curiosity, usually with someone they trust. From what a friend told me, its a very emotional experience not intended to be emotional. You supposedly, can fall in love and it be more emotional which is apparently dangerous.

  • She's obviously had straight sex before and enjoyed it but realised it wasn't her thing and after all this time just wants to try the real thing again

I don't see what the problem is, talk to her about it. By the looks of it, she just wants no-strings-attached sex and you should just give it to her. As long as everyone's happy, not sure what the problem is.
