My wife has recently passed away and Ive always cared for my step daughter.She has some health problems and I truely care for her and her well being. Is it normal 2 want 2 marry her so she can get health benefits and such. Just so there is no question...she is over 21 and she is really hot.Is it normal that I would like 2 marry her?

Yer sure why not theirs no blood tie their. You can probably see your wife in her and thats why you like her. She probably sees you as more of a father though.
It's normal to find younger girls attractive if you are older. It's not normal for you to pursue a relationship of this manner, no. Just look, don't touch.

Okay there's a key to your delusion here. 1. you refer to someone that you have been in parental charge of as being "hot" meaning you don't care if she has health care so much as you want to bang her. So if you'd like to rephrase this with out trying to sound like a creep - here's what it should read;
I'd like to bang my step-daughter. It's cool because she's not my blood-related daughter. She's 21 making me at least 39 (guessing only that you were 18). Um I've had this thing for her since, well, forever. This is okay right because I'd really like to make a move on her soon.
The fact that you can think of a child of yours in such a nature means you should be fixed. It is wrong and you are wrong. I hope you have not warped this girls mind into thinking it's okay for her to have anything to do with you outside of a normal parent-child relationship. And before you get locked up on to catch a preditor you need to seek help. When she rejects you and you destory your relationship with her I will put money on your turning to the internet to find other children to float your boat. JUst so you know ...age is just a number. She is 39 years old and Im 49.Not that that should matter.Also I talked to my wife about what 2 do concerning my daughters health problems and she said that I need 2 do what I think is best for our daughter.
And when she said that before she passed, it meant she trusted you to care for them the right way, as a father. What you're doing is really bad, and it's not right. Just look at your thoughts for a moment. You want to marry your step-daughter. Would this be the same if your late wife is still around? I'm sorry but this is not normal.
