Is it normal?? that i get water in eyes during talking with people

like when i am neervous and i wanna say something about any topic, then i got water in my eyes. is it normal??
tell me to decrease it.

    only get watery eyes when crying, in cold + dry weather, and when laughing or trying to hold back laughing. Thats about it.
