Is it normal 4 me to be sick of my co-worker?

I work at a large government agency and one of my co workers is clearly obsessed with another. Not a day go by where he doesn't come up to me with a long story about how absolutely beautiful she is. In the beginning I thought it was cute but he has gotten in the habit if calling me kn my days off to talk about her. She is married with a children and he is a single man with no attachments. In his strange mind he has decided that her husband is the devil and she should leave him and come live with him. Minus the kids if coarse. Before you say it I have talked to her but she says he is harmless and laughs. This morning she was talking to another co worker and serveral of our co workers noticed a crazied look on his face. Shortly there after he told me "I will not tolerate her with another man who works here". Should I go to the higher ups or mind my business

    You should def tell your boss. He sounds like he is getting seriously obsessed and he could go completely psycho and do something crazy. Then you would likely blame yourself for knowing and not doing anything about it. At the least tell your boss and keep your conscience clear- knowing that you did what you could. But this is not just about her. Seriously, he sounds like he is harrassing you. Calling you on your day off? That's not okay. Tell him to stop, if he can't respect that, report him. You need to protect yourself too. This sounds like the beginning of one of those crazy cases on court TV. He may be harmless, but he could totally be a psychopath. Dont hold yourself responsible for figuring that out, tell your boss. Good luck! Keep us posted, I would love to know what you decide to do and how it all works out.

    Ok i don't think you should get into it we go to work to work and get paid while gaining experience so just tell this woman your last piece of information and tell this guy to get the hell out of your face with that shit and do your job. Hope this helps.

    I would say something to your boss and see how they think you should handle it. There may be specific protocol for this kind of thing.

    That guy is not normal or okay.
