Is it normal for someone to cause you irregular breathing and make your heart beat so hard and fast you can feel it without you being IN LOVE with them? And I mean LOVE not just like them. And I'm not even talking about touching... it was a skype message for crying out loud. What is worng with me? ugh.

    That's your sympathetic nervous system kicking into action. It means they get you excited. it's not a big deal.

    I thought you said "irregular brushing" at first. Someone you love makes your heart beat hard and forget to brush your teeth.

    But really, it's pretty normal. If you really like the person even as a friend or haven't seen them for a while, it's a normal response.

    That sounds like a panic attack lol I guess if you're excited and anticipation. I get that when running into an old Ex because Its not my favorite situation to be in.
