my parents really made my childhood awful therefore I have grown to be a very bitter adult..(ya ya ya I know its the past and it means I am letting them win by not moving forward- whatever people suck) ya ok but all my past relationships have been horrible by mentally messed up guys too...

      yes that is "partially true" cause I went through that as a child which is why I am a very angry and bitter adult now

          As a matter of fact I am learning it right now .. I have a workbook that teaches me the steps the only thing that I find not fair about it is that I am fixing myself while those two continue to act like idiots so I feel like I am wasting my time and divorce is looking like more of an option with everyday that goes on... I kinda feel like my whole life everyone has always focused on me but never themselves which is not right at all..
