Is it normal : female friend acting weird around me.

Sorry I'm new to is it normal so I'm not used to the typical format of questions.

So anyways I'm a Junior in highschool, and this year I'm sitting with some new friends at lunch that i met over the summer (Played League of Legends together). So the story is that i was blanking out for a few mins and I didnt notice that i was staring right at her face, and she was staring right back. I apologized and stated that I just blanked out for a few mins. Afterwards she keeps looking straight at me, and when i glance over, she quickly tries to cover her face. Now lunch feels awkward.

Just wondering what this could possibly mean, and how i should go about this situation.

And I'm sure shes not attracted to me at all (Shes said to be a Lesbian, Also I'm not attractive *So I've been told*)
