hi im 27 yrs old and just before my period i get really really tied,i feel i could sleep for days and also have no energy what so ever is it normal to feel this way or should i see a doctor

    I'm useless the whole week. All I do is sleep and eat.

    It's normal but I hate it too...we should get some kind of day pass because I just about faint when I come home from school or work. You could have a problem though if you bleed alot...
