Yeah bc ur stupid 20 and a senior. You probably have the same IQ and everything don't worry about it
I guess it depends in your state and country. By saying senior and freshman, I can assume you're in America. What is the law in your state?
Why not suggest to her that she seduces her mother - then you could end up having a mind-blowing hyper-orgasmic threesome together!
The law on this is so stupid. An 18 year old can be jailed and go on the sex offenders list for having sex with a 17 year old.
It's normal, but check the laws where you live. Some states have an age of consent of 16 (making it OK), whereas others are 17 or even 18. In the latter states, you could be convicted of statutory rape and put on a sex offender registry for the rest of your life (a practice which, by the way, I abhor and consider a fundamental violation of human rights, but, alas, that's how it is).
"technically" it's peodophilia in the eyes of the law. Simply because you're above 18 and they're below. But it's totally normal; heck I know tonnes of people who go out with those 4 years their senior when they are 16. 4 years is a pretty perfect age gap as long as you are matches in levels of maturity :)
